[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money not deposited in payzapp account

I have deposited 20000 rs to payzapp account from my credit card and the money get deducted from credit card but not credited in payzapp wallet i have tried calling on payzapp customer ([protected]) care but the call is not getting connected.
