[Resolved] HDFC Bank — money refund delay

Money deducted in gpay when i tried transfer 2 times using upi hdfc. Totally 6000 rs deducted but not refunded for one month.

Happened on 23.10.2019

Updated by M Tijil Money paid to particular person for 1 transaction happened on 23.10.2019 but not re-funded to my account and 2nd transaction money also not credited back to me..I want my money back.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We would like to inform you that, the referred UPI transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Sometimes due to technical issues at the beneficiary bank end, it may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement in the beneficiary party's account/reversal back to the remitter account. In case of non-receipt of reversal/beneficiary still denies of having received the funds at their end, within the stipulated time as mentioned above, do write back to us at Grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com with the beneficiary's latest bank account statement (statement with bank logo & account number) to enable us to assist you better.
