Hi,
My moratorium got activated by itself and i have been trying to deactivate this for last 2 months by reaching hdfc via mail and calls but they are not responding to my calls or mails.
I am not going to pay any interest on my card since this is hdfc fault and not mine. I have been trying everything from my side to close this. Please help to resolve this issue.
