I generally never write complains but the way this mr. Ganesh (Customer care executice) sopke to me like i have am his slave and i have borrowed money from him not from the hdfc band. And guess what i paid 150 rs less than i have to pay the amount that too i did it by mistake.
But, the question is how can he talk to any customer like that. After that i wa calling to this no. And 011-[protected] and they were disconnecting.
It should be taken care.
