HDFC Bank — my account balance goes in negative no transaction showing the transaction

My account balance shows rs. -1445 and no transaction showing that value.
This is strange contacting hdfc bank do not answer the call and not replying to my email.

My amb is also accurate, but still do not know why this amount was debited.
