I am having the account with hdfc since last 12 years
User id / customer id 7209312
As per below email bank has been sending intimation on regular intervals, but let me tell you, i have not received any notification from bank to verify or submit kyc.
On dated 25th july this is brought to my notice when i was trying to make online payment of my credit card.
After then i have uploaded kyc details thru online.
Right now my family is under medical treatment & i cannot visit physically to any nearest hdfc bank to submit kyc.
If this is really require to submit the kyc physically to any nearest hdfc bank that can only be possible on or after 06th aug.
