I had submitted my account closure for on 3rd Feb 2017 to Apte Road branch. I was assured that the account will be closed in 7 days. It's been 2 months now and still the account has not been closed. And because of this I'm charged for not maintaining balance. The welcome desk and his Pba told me it will take 7 days. But it's 70 days now!
Request you to close the account and reverse the charges.
