[Resolved] HDFC Bank — My account is blocked without any reason

My account is blocked, as in i cannot do any transaction from my account. It happened on 11th july, 2020. I did not even get an intimation that account is blocked. I don't know the reason for this inconvenience. Till now i have tried to contact the bank in every way possible digitally but got no response. When i call them, they say that use digital platforms during covid but i haven't gotten any response. It has been a major inconvenience as this is my primary account. Please look into it and improve your customer service so that we don't have to post consumer complaints to get response from your side for an unnecessary problem. They unblocked my account finally after 18 days
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Chinmay2516 I was told by customer support team to update by address by giving relevant documents in nearest branch after which my account will be unblocked. It's been 6 days since i submitted the documents, please update my address ASAP, as it's causing me a lot of inconvenience.
