First of all thank you for keeping such provision to adress indian consumers.
Let me tell you i have purchased hdfc life click to invest policy with premium of 60, 000/- rs. And application no. Is as mentioned in above subject.
Premium was paid of 31st march 2017 and till date i didnt receive my policy document neither i am getting right response from their call centre nor from their corporate office located in mumbai.
Its been an metal harrassment of more than 10 days to me and now i am fade up with them. I have sent them many mail but no clear cut reply is received.
I would like to you to please look into matter and help me in getting my policy document as well compensation for mental harrassment.

Details:- My annual payment due date was "27-March-2017". So, I have paid "25000" via credit card on same date.
Receipt no:- "E3001065"
But, on "11-April-2017" I found "230 rupees" detected from my Saving Account and detection description is "SI FAIL DUE TO INSUFF BAL 300317"
