HDFC Bank — My cibil score showing HDFC credit card, Which is not belong to me.

Hi,
my name is srinivas
I haven't any credit card or bank account with HDFC bank. But in my cibil report a credit card is showing and it has some due amount. Due to this, My CiBIL score is very low. kindly take this is an complaint and take immediate action on this.
