Hi team, I have lost my credit card on 27th April. Got the new card issued on 29th as I had to hotlist it. However still not received the card, even after updating the address. The agents are so inefficient that I am really depressed. I asked them to raise a complaint they said it's not a complaint and they will decide whether it is a complaint or not.
