HDFC Bank — My pension fund is not withdrawal online

I am working customer service desk in hdfc bank industrial area chandigarh. I resigned my job 30 dec 2020 due to my personal reason. But till my date of leaving eps and date of joining eps is not update in my pf account. I gave complaints two time online and submit request in hdbfs hrlp desk portal but their is no solution of my request no one update my detail in my pf account pls update my all detail so i withdrawal my pension amount in my pf account. My employee code is adfc86604. Working as customer service desk in hdfc bank industrial area chandigarh.
