[Resolved] HDFC Bank — need to reset food plus card pin

Myself livya paul, working in bangalore tcs.
I forgot the pin of my food plus card, also i'm not receiving any sms alerts.
Now i need to check my available card balance.
I tried to reset through online, but i don't remember my user id/password.
Could you please suggest some eeway to check my balance.
Could you please give further assistance on the above issue.

Hdfc bank provide merchant service on Himachal pradesh university for fees collect.I make a payment for payment of hpu cet on 9/05/2018.Amount is successful deducted from account number and reach to the hdfc bank but hdfc band does not paid to hpu .The transaction no of payment is S39146077.The amount was of 1011

Pls send me the statement of HDFC credit card for each n every month thru e-mail. Since last 2 months, i have not received statement thru local post.

I hope u will send me e-mail statement as soon as possible.
