HDFC Bank — Neft transaction not credited to beneficiary

Address: Hdfc bank, Stephen house, kolkata branch

I transferred thru hdfc stephen house branch net banking, neft amount rs. 125000 to kotak bank. After 4hours passed, still beneficiary account is not yet credited.
