HDFC Bank — neft transfer but amount not credited

My company transfers money on 1st august 2017 to my allahabad bank account a/c no. [protected] but money is not credited to my bank account
My company given me a bank ref no. N[protected]...
Allahabad bank is not helping me at all... I talked to the manager of allahabad bank but he said i cannot do anything because this is not your branch... And he through my ref number sheet
