[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — neft transfer not credited in my account

Dear sir,
I would like to bring your kind notice that neft transfer for amount of rs. 50000/- vide transaction no. N[protected] has been not credited in my icici bank a/c no.[protected] due to wrong ifsc code icic00ariuc mentioned instead of icic0001441 at the time of transfer.
However, amount is not credited in my above mentioned account number, i herewith request you to please reverse this transaction in account of mr milind pathak – [protected] from which it has been transferred.
Your immediate action in this regard shall be highly appreciated

Dear Praveen,

Please be informed that HDFC Bank is not in position to validate a Non-HDFC Bank Account number while an NEFT transaction is done. The credit is affected based solely on details provided by you when initiating the transaction.

This is also mentioned under the "Note" section on the Third Party Funds Transfer - NEFT page within NetBanking.

As a special case we have raised the issue with the beneficiary bank. Given the dependency on the other bank, we are not in a position to confirm a timeline for resolution.

Nevertheless please be rest assured we would be giving this the utmost attention till resolution.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring your kind notice that I have discussed the matter with beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank-Indore) but they suggested to take up the matter with HDFC bank as the amount not yet credited to ICICI bank. However, the matter is discussed with concern person of HDFC Bank, Pune & understand that they have logged the complaint with ICICI bank & waiting for their reply.
In view of above, you are requested to please expedite the status & do the needful to reverse said transaction so that amount can be transferred again.

Your immediate action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

I have done a neft transaction from my hdfc bank app to my father's indian bank account for inr250000 on10/08/21.It has not yet credited into his account.Reference number for the transaction is N[protected].Kindly solve this issue.

Dear Sir,

I have made a NEFT trancation of 12500/- with ref id
N[protected] from hdfc account to sarv gramin bank. The amount has deducted but not credited to sarv gramin bank. Pease resolve this issue.
