Hi,
I am a customer of hdfc bank for about 10 years/more now. My parents also hold an account with Hdfc, cochin. Till date my experience with this bank has been good.
A week ago, i could see "NEFT/IMPS charges" levied on my Classic account and that too without any prior notification that such charges are in place from so and so date. I have performed "n" number of NEFT transactions before without any service charges.. Why is it suddenly being imposed ? Why is the customer not informed on such changes?
1) I request to reverse the charges which has been incurred.
2) An amount of Rs100 should remain as 100 when moved from account A to B. Government talks about cashless and digital economy.. While banks are charging for each and every digital transaction now. This is not acceptable..
I wont hesitate to move out of hdfc, if this is continued.. Was this information helpful? |
