[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Negative amount charged in my bank account

I have an account in hdfc bank salary account i left the job before a year and now i am not using the account, because of my salary is not credited now its became saving account now they are charging me 690 rs per month charges without informing.
Please tell me is there any way to reverse the amount or 0 balance account i am not going to pay any charges.

Loan cancelled on 24/4/17, ref.no:46898940
Applied loan cancellation, still slow downing the process.Two months EMI debited from account.No responce from bank.Cancellation interest paid till the date of cancellation.
Requesting to refund the amount that debited from my account and full cancellation of loan.
