Not using this account frm last 1 year now in this account balance is -6000/-, now i want to use this account. Must i have to pay this amount?

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

The charges are accrued since the required monthly balance was not maintained. Request you to visit your home branch to discuss on the same.

Dear manoj

As you told i contacted my branch manager for this nagative balance, he told me that if i want to you this account i must have to pay this amount to bank. But according to rbi guideline for nagative balance, please sugest me right way
