[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Negative balance in salaried account

My account was salaried account which got converted to saving account with negative balance of 3600 approx. I went to the branch and asked them to weave off negative balance and close my account, but they refused and forced me to pay the money. Being a fresher even 3600 matters a lot to me. I would appreciate for the help. My account details are

Sir/Madam,
On the day of may 26th at Ambit it park, Chennai. I was withdrawn an amount Rs.500 at CITI BANK ATM. After Endering the amount ATM was stop working, I don't get the amount. But the amount was reduced from my account. Please take any action about that refund.
