[Resolved] HDFC Bank — negative balance on saving account

Sir, i have saving account in hdfc bank since 2014. But after it reaches 0 balance they continued to debit charges. Now it is negative. As per the rbi guideline, they should not have done it. I approached to the concerned branch, they said you had signed a form stating that you will maintain the minimum balance. That's why you have to pay charges before closing it. Respected sir, I have already applied for credit card but yet nothing any mail any response from hdfc team or hdfc branch Dapoli. please give me details what I do gain credit card or why your team or branch nothing received my call, otherwise I quit my account as early within 10 days. hope you will reply me as early within 7 days
