[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — net banking session expired after money was deducted

Dear team,

I was doing online payment towards groceries from grofers application. And did online payment from hdfc net banking. As soon as money got deducted session expired. No money was received by grofers and i was expecting refund but it hasn’t happened yet. I did this transaction on 27th oct 2017 for rs 2929. Reference no for the transaction is[protected]. And my account no is [protected]. Kindly refund the same.

The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Incase the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. Incase the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction, do write back to us with a written confirmation from the merchant for non-receipt of funds.
