There was a fraudulent transaction from my account and I had to block my debit card. But the customer care guy blocked my net banking and UPI too. I went to the bank the next day to fill the CDF form and re-applied for debit and net banking. They told me within 7 days it will get sorted.
Till now my account is blocked and I don't have a debit card. I have visited the bank, they told me they have processed it.
I have visited the bank thrice to withdraw cash as I don't have online access.
The banks are open between 10-2 PM MON-Friday. I had to take a half-day from the office and stand in a queue risking my life and family.
Later, the employees told me their server is down and I can't withdraw. This happened twice in a week.
They will courier me the debit card and net-banking password but it's getting delayed due to the COVID situation.
It's really difficult for me as I can't pay my bills.
I tried to generate my IPIN using Forgot Password but my account is blocked for the user.
Please suggest an alternate way for me to access the net-banking portal without waiting for the password.
This is urgent!!. No one is helping me out here and I don't have access to my account. I can't pay bills and have to visit the bank every week risking my life.
