Hi,
I am a regular customer of HDFC Bank and I always perform net banking. But recently from the past 1 week, i.e., from 27th July 2020, I am unable to perform the transaction and I get a message, "We regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction". I tried using firefox browser, chrome browser. But nothing worked. I tried mobile app for banking, but still no use.

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am trying to repay my CREDILA education loan and HDFC will be held responsible for all the extra interest charged due to this delay. This has been a terrible issue and I am not receiving any response from your customer service. This is very disturbing.
