I am an account holder with HDFC [protected] and it is a salary account. My account was put on No debit status on 30th September as I did 3 4 transaction through my account via UPI app. Next day when I realised that my account is blocked I rushed to nearest branch and submitted an application to remove the No debit status but till now there is no action being taken.
I want to highlight here one major issue. Why the branch put my account on no debit status without even informing or calling me or contacting via any medium. Even if they have done it then why they did not even have courtesy to resolve the issue once the application is submitted? Who will pay my EMI ? HDFC..If am being penalized due to late payment whether branch manager will pay from his pocket? Or whether he will help with my CIBIL score. I want my account to be removed from no debit status immediately.
