Sir,
I applied for a fastag kit on 15/09/2019 (Reference no. Hfr244850). Soon i received a kit which was not mine, when complained, i was told to mail about the matter at (Fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com). I did mail a number of times and each time received with a fixed reply while talking to customer care"we have not received any mail and will deliver your kit only after getting mail". Sir its not my fault that your department delivered some other applicant kit on my address. The bank has to be responsible in performing duty.
I request the bank to either resolve the matter or refund my whole amount in my account as not satisfied with the service.
