I dialed today [protected] to log a complain regarding amb charges. This number was given to me by customer care from mumbai. To my surprise i heard only two options. One for english and two for hindi and no option to marathi which is the regional language of mumbai.
Also when i dialed [protected] to log a complain. They gave me three options on one fore english, two for hindi and three for marathi. However later while talking with customer service lady, she was not talking in marathi even after selecting the third option.
I am really not happy to see a bank like hdfc just gives more importance to english and hindi and not the regional language of the state and the city. Was this information helpful? |
