Hi, my credit card no. Is[protected], i have settled down the all payments and i have blocked the card also, it has been 1year over, still it is reflecting on my cibil score, that is highly unacceptable, so am trying to get noc from you people but even we are not getting proper way for approaching, as it is very emergency to show my cibil score, i don't know today my problem need to clarify, my contact no. [protected]

Updated by pallavi jeevish Kindly let me know the process, as soon as possible, almost 3days has been over for me for this process, i don't have time plzzzzzz kindly understand my situation. [protected], i have blocked my credit card with all payments are settled, but still it is showing on cibil score, so immediately i need a noc from you people, for this almost am trying from 3days, but still it is difficult to get the noc, kindly help me with challan process and finish it.

I have been charged twice for a transaction made at a Lights Camera Action, Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. After using my card for the first time,
the response was 'cancelled', but my money was deducted, so I was asked to pay a second time, which I did because I was told that my money deducted for the first time would be refunded, but it never did.
