[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — no option to close insta jumbo loan on any digital platform

The process suggested is to call phone banking number for pre-closure of insta jumbo loan. But during this covid-19 crisis, i understand their call centers may not be staffed. When i call the phone banking number, i am asked to use other digital platforms. I don't see any provision for this. I have been trying to close this account early april 2020
