I have a bike loan with hdfc bank
N my kotak bank is connected with it for emi this month i have been charged first 500 onnfeb 18 for december ecs return then again 2march 300&200 again 500 all for 1 time late emi that for der mistake when ull have written 350 is a charges ur callcenter is saying 590 n ur charged me so much for what
Plus ur service is fab we are on call with customer service they hang up the phone in middle of conversation is this for what we pay
