I made a transaction on 31st july 2017 from amazon of rs.31, 900 via my hdfc bank credit card (Diners club international) on emi. I canceled the order due to some misunderstanding on product details. Amazon has initiated the refund process the day itself and has provided me the refund reference number. I have contacted bank on this as it's been over 7 days now. Hdfc's customer care executives are very unsupportive, they are saying different story every time i am calling them to register a complaint. I have an option left now that is filing charge dispute against the bank.
