Your customer case services are so so Pathetic.. I have a policy Policy No. 18346658..When ever i tried reaching your customer case executive I always get one standard command saying we are disconnecting the call as we are unable to hear you.. Almost 3 months back I have made the payment for my renewal policy.. So far I neither received Hardcopy or softcopy of the policy..Is this kind of services you provide?
is this the standard of HDFC?
If you cant provide services now, I wonder what kind of service you can provide to Nominee later.I will have to approach IRDA for this kind of pathtice services from HDFC if you dont improve in resolving customer concerns quickly..
