I had Submitted an application for HDFC Fastag on line on 04/11/2017 .I uploaded all the documents asked for including aadhaar card copy and the vehicle RC copy. I got application no HFR009175. As asked I downloaded the same filled up all details signed it pasted the photograph scanned it and uploaded it again. I regret to inform you that no further reply has been received from them. I wonder if I have lost the Rs 700 paid online . Their Helpline number is virtually non existent. This is very disappointing. I have been a Preferred HDFC customer for so many years and I am thinking of reviewing my relationship with HDFC .
