We have done a policy bearing policy no.14446869, but till date we have not received the policy certificate.in time of premium payment we have try to contact with the agent but not got any response for him, so we have pay the premium from our own. So we request you to kindly either remove our agent and appoint a new agent as soon as possible or we will pay our premium from our own. And also provide us the original policy certificate on earliest.
