All loan applications are appraised on basis of certain internal parameters that take into account some of the factors listed below . The weightages applied to each could vary on a case by case basis at sole discretion of the Bank:
Repayment capacity as assessed on basis of financial information/ net-worth,
Credit History and market reference check.
Statistically determined default rates for applicants' profile (business, area of residence/ work etc.),
Bank's infrastructure for collection and follow-up.
