[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — no response from relationship manager since 5 days

I noticed some "upfront fees" got deducted from my hdfc account for any international transaction. I have not done any such transaction and no issue with my netbanking and debit card.
I do not see any details in my account where the amount went. So, i tried to contact my relationship manager, i could never connect to her and every time new person takes the call and asks me to verify all details every time and later i get answer that they have sent email to concerned team regarding my transaction.
Also informed me to connect with concerned team and kept me on hold for 10 minutes and still say sorry that they cannot connect anyone and they do not have details about my transactions. Also i get response every time that my relationship manager might have some insight and would have followed up with concerned team so she will get back to me.
I called them around 6 to 7 times but never received any call from my relationship manager or no updates about the transaction happened. They did not even submit complaint against my transaction. It is very frustrating
