[Resolved] HDFC Bank — no status of fasttag application

Hi, I had submitted the application online for hdfc fasttag on 06th November 2017. My application reference number is : HFR009714 All the documents were uploaded online along with signed application. Also, i had paid amount of rs300 online. Since then i haven't been able to check the status of my application. Customer care number given by hdfc [[protected]]is really bad and nobody replies on that. Also post submittal of application, neither i received any notification when i will be getting the fasttag or anything else needs to be done on my end.
