HDFC Bank — NOC for jumbo loan

I had a jumbo loan of 100000 that was closed on 7.10.20 but didn't send me NOC, i am applying for another loan so i need NOC for previous loan, so I reqst to my branch and customer care many times but they didn't give me satisfying ans aur result, my new laon is stayed subjected to this NOC
