[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — noc letter

Please send me a copy of the "no objection certificate" for the settlement that was done on my hdfc bank credit card# [protected].

I would also request you to please clear my name from cibil as the settlement was successfully closed in a single payment on 23rd august 2017.

In this regard i talk to your customer care executive ms. Poonam on 24/8/2017 through phone no.[protected] she told me that noc will be send to me on my e-mail id within 4 to 5 days. But till date i have not received my noc and no one lift your grievance cell care no.[protected]. You are therefore, requested to send noc letter to me immediately.

I got calls from the above numbers, claiming that they would resolve the complaint

Their accent is unprofessional and asked my CC No. I refused to give and started to shout. They cut my call and went into unreachable

So beware people who want to cheat others are monitoring this site and ll take advantage

We take this opportunity to clarify that all Banks are required to provide their customer database to regulatory authorities periodically. We also wish to inform you that the CIBIL reports will be refreshed every 45days. All financial institutions governed by RBI guidelines update such information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India).For further clarification. you may write to us at: [protected]@hdfcbank.com and we shall assist you.

did a transaction of 50000 RS, which got failed but money deducted from my SBI account on Sep 2nd 2017 but it is not added PayZapp wallet .
No Transaction ID nothing dispalys in app
My mobile no is [protected],
The payzapp customer care no is gimmic to outside world.

I applied for personel loan 25 days ago and i was insured that i will get loan amount within a week. But after more than 25 days i am not getting loan amount bcoz of poor management. Worst experience...
