Despite several emails, physical submission of application at the branch, complaints to the greviance cell, even to the nodal officer nothing has been done till date. Since june i am following up with the bank but in vain.
I have received confirmation via email twice that "the credit card has been delinked". Hdfc seems to be quite adept in fooling around, considering customer s as super fools... How can they reply without even looking into the matter or they are deliberately into such nonsensical behaviour???.
For a bank like hdfc this is ridiculous!
Since june i am following up with this matter... As i need to close my savings bank a/c which i am not able to do so cuz of the non-delinking.
