Sir i have an account at allahabad bank, dankuni branch, t. N. Mukherjee road, dankuni, dist. Hooghly, west bengal with a/c no.[protected]. Today[protected] when i tried thrice to have some cash from the above atm (Since there are no alb atm nearby) no cash was dispensed but my above account have been debited thrice to the tune of rs.8000/- each (Total rs. 24, 000/-). Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e Allahabad Bank ] branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.
