My salary account was been open by my previous company and after a month only my 1st month salary was credited through cheque and then i lefted that organization i was been job less for next 3 months so didn't able to maintain and the charges kept on increasing as it was informed that it's been 0 bal account by sales person while applying. Now after a year hdfc has given a credit card and when i logged in mobile application i was shocked by looking charges. I tried to call contact center at first call a girl said that we can reverse the charges you pls call afterwards as now some technical issue is there afterwards again i called by 10 so the other executive said u have to visit branch and forwarded the branch details now after visiting branch last month came to knw that this can't be reverse.
I just wanted to request you to waive of my charges as i was in misconception that my company had opened my salary account so they will forward my account closure pocedure.
