I was issued with a credit card from hdfc, which had outstanding dues. Later I cleared the dues through recovery agents with a settlement of RS 30000/-. which I deposited in HDFC bank against my CARD. Also they had assured me that my name will be withdrawn from CIBIL. It's more than five years gone. Still the bank showing the same as negative score in CIBIL. My pan is AJFPD9402K. Pls instruct the bank to clear the CIBIL.
