When i click on upi in account tab while logged in hdfc mobile app, it says "you are not allowed to do this transaction. Kindly contact your nearest branch". When i click upi option before logging in the mobile banking it goes to "update device" where it shows my mobile no and asks for secret question and answer
When i click the secret question nothing shows up. I could not not change the security question
