My name is chetak bhandge. This is unfortunate incident happened with me. I went 3 times to my home brach hdfc, kapurbawdi, thane. There is unknown reason, they are not changing my signature. Staff telling me it will done within 2 days, 3 days. Branch manager, ms ranade is also helpless and so rude.
I suggest customer not to go for this bank. This bank also have such policies, which makes problems to customers, times comes when you cannot even withdraw your own money.
This bank is a big frustration for the customers. Even there employees are bigger frustration. If work is not getting completed, they keep give the reasons of internal staff. They don't have any idea of team work and how to give the customer service.
They are always ready to tell different policies, but for withdrawal of money and signature problem, they don't have solution.
