So this is regarding my credit card and emi... my apologies for missing on my payment or delaying it is can say. But I think other banks understand a customers situation if I can say I met with an accident and had to undergo a surgery which I had to be on complete bed rest... I explained the situation to the people who called me to follow up regarding the payment... none of them understood my situation. They kept calling me when I had to be on bed rest with medicines. This was a 100% mental torture for me! N the executive who spoke to me spoke so rude when I said I was really left with no money. I even promised I would make the payment with the fines what ever Is shown and I am not going to miss it. If i answer the call and talk is this what is the respect I get back from them? Try to go find defaulters like this and Sue them instead of sueing people who are making their payments and are picking up the calls. Ridiculous customer service and I think especially in hdfc they dont know anything called customer relationship management. They are just behind money and want money from people even if they are dieing.
