I am a client of your bank for the past one year. I had requested for priority pass of my regalia credit card thrice but i don't know why you guys are not sending it. I applied through cybercity gurugram branch thrice and one more thing there is no confirmation of anything like no mails that is it dispatched or reason why not delivered yet.
I went to the branch of cybercity, they made a call to customer care and applied it again. I am following this process since 4 months and not getting any clarification why i am not getting it? Is there any proper solution???
I am sad to say that despite making calls to your customer-care center there has been no action taken till date.
I request you to look into my case and help me at the earliest and oblige.
