I am asking the hdfc bank to send me the loan details of soft copy to mail registered email-id and also i changed my home and also need to update my address. Iam asking them from last one month. But no response. They are behaving irresponsible.

Updated by hareeswarreddy I have HDFC Payzapp wallet account and on Oct-30-2017 i have transfered 5000 rupees to my friends HDFC payzapp account. The transaction failed, amount from my HDFC payzapp wallet is deducted and not credited back to my wallet or to my friends Payzapp Wallet.
I need my money back, 5000 rupees is too much amount for me.

Updated by hareeswarreddy Yours '[protected]@hdfcbank' is one of the worst support, i wrote lot of mails and no response, just a auto-generated will be sent back and i will get call after 2 weeks and they will say, that they are looking into the issue and get back after couple of days. I already shared my Payzapp wallet account id, take the action.
