Hello, i had purchased iphone 11 from the imagine store, ub city, bengaluru on 11th february and was supposed to receive the cashback of inr 6000/- within 120 days of my purchase.
However, it has been more than that, and the amount has neither been credited to my account and neither is it showing up on the "cashback enquiry" page on my hdfc netbanking account.
Moreover, there is no way for me to contact the bank through digital platforms or lodge a complaint via call.
I hope the consumer complaints forum will look into the matter and help me resolve it asap.
