HDFC Bank — Not received cashback of rs 6000

Address: hdfc hiranandani, powai 400072

I have bought iPhone 11 128gb on 14/01/2020 for rs 69, 900 under hdfc bank cashback scheme of rs 6000. its been more than 120 days but yet i haven't received the cutback.
hope this issue gets resolved and cutback will be credited to my account.
